Dogs are welcome! Our cleaners charge a $49 per night pet fee, which covers up to 2 dogs. If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your reservation when booking so the fee is applied properly. Please review the pet section towards bottom of this description for additional information!
❄️ Winter Travel
During winter months, mountain roads can occasionally become snowy or icy. 4WD or AWD is recommended if snow is in the forecast. We do not provide salt or shovels, so please plan accordingly if traveling during winter weather.
📋 Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.
🧻 Starter Supplies Provided

Guests have access to the whole cabin!
Hosts are available via Airbnb messaging, and we also supply an emergency phone number!
Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
The drive to the cabin is very easy, but the driveway is a little steep. We recommend 4WD during inclement weather, like snow and extreme rain.
Guests must sign a short term rental lease prior to booking.
If you plan on using the outdoor fire pit, it is BYOFW (bring your own firewood), and if you plan on using the charcoal grill, BYOC! 🙂
Long term stays allowed, but trash pickup is only at beginning and end of stay. Owners required a clean every 2 weeks for stays longer than 14 days.
