If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your reservation when booking so the fee is applied properly. ❄️ Winter Travel: During winter months, mountain roads can occasionally become snowy or icy. 4WD or AWD is recommended if snow is in the forecast. We do not provide salt or shovels, so please plan accordingly if traveling during winter weather.
📋 Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.
🧻 Starter Supplies Provided: We provide starter supplies to get your stay going, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, you may want to bring additional supplies.

Guests have private access to the property; we’ll send out a unique door code 3-5 days before your stay!

Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control, but we do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen
There are a few bears in the area that come around, PLEASE be aware of your surroundings. Please do not leave any type of loose trash or food in your vehicles or outside during your stay. Please also make sure to lock your vehicles, as bears can open door handles.
We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Please make sure to set your booking filter to include dogs if you wish to bring them.
