Dogs are welcome! Our cleaners charge a $49 per night pet fee, which covers up to 2 dogs. If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your reservation when booking so the fee is applied properly. Please review the pet section towards bottom of this description for additional information!
❄️ Winter Travel
During winter months, mountain roads can occasionally become snowy or icy. 4WD or AWD is recommended if snow is in the forecast. We do not provide salt or shovels, so please plan accordingly if traveling during winter weather.
📋 Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.
🧻 Starter Supplies Provided

You will have private access to the entire cabin and outdoor areas during your stay.
We offer easy self-check-in and there is plenty of space for four vehicles.
Host is available via messenger and we also provide an emergency contact number.
Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement.
The pools will be open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The fishing pond is open year round.
If you plan to use the fire-pit, please BYOFW 🙂 (bring your own firewood) – Plenty of vendors on Wears Valley Road sell some (5 minutes away)
Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen
