Located in the coveted neighborhood of CHALET VILLAGE – you’re minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and have unique access to THREE POOLS, PICKLEBALL courts, and a FITNESS CTR!

This 3-level spacious cabin is freshly renovated and PACKED with amenities including a pool table, hot tub, basement bar, shuffleboard, AND arcade games!

Step outside on the multiple patios to take in the fresh mountain air and views.

Keep your cameras ready for the frequent BEAR visitors!

When you pull up to the property, there’s plenty of parking for roughly 3-4 cars.

There is an EV charger also available for use.

On the first level of the property is the hot tub, full kitchen, king bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and patio overlooking the mountains.

On the top level is a bunk bed with two queen beds, a king bed and a crib. Attached to this loft is bedroom 2 with a king bed. Please note that the open loft part of this level is considered bedroom 3.

On the bottom level (or basement) there is a large and spacious game room with movie watching area, pool table, shuffle board, bar, patio with mountain views, and a bunk bed with two queens. Also, there is a half bathroom.

There are 7 BEDS total in this cabin. No pull out sofa beds.

There is a key card that gives you access to 3 different pools, a fitness center, and tennis courts!

PLEASE NOTE – the community pool is open seasonally and is not heated. Open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

There are some steep mountain roads on the drive, we recommend 4WD during and after rain or snow.

Full access to the 3 levels of living in the cabin.

There is a guest key card that will get you into the multiple pools, tennis courts, and fitness center.

Please note that all guests must sign a standard short term rental lease once you book.

There are 3 different clubhouses available to guests. Some days the clubhouses are closed for maintenance, but the others are open during those days.

There are several steep areas when driving to the cabin. 4wh drive is recommended during snow or icy days.
