You will have private access to the entire cabin and outdoor areas during your stay.
Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
Guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement when booking.
The pools will be closed from September 1st 2025-May 25th 2026
The final 2 miles of the drive can be steep. 4wh drive is highly recommended for rain or snow.
We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Please make sure to set your booking filter to include dogs if you wish to bring them.
Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen
