The cabin boats plenty of parking for your friends and family.

There are 3 levels of living to really stretch out and relax. The main level has the kitchen, living room, large patio, dining, and bedroom.

The top level is the master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the backyard.

The basement level has the game room and another bedroom. The basement door opens out to another patio where there is a hot tub and then the custom built firepit.

This property is located on a private gravel/dirt road and It can be bumpy after a few large rains. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

Private road with very few houses provides seclusion and privacy from neighbors.

There is plenty of parking in front of the residence.

The interior fireplace is wood burning.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Exterior (driveway only) A/V surveillance may be in use.

There are no steep mtn roads for most of the way to the cabin, however, the final 1/4 mile road to the cabin is steep. 4wh drive is recommended for guests not familiar with driving steep roads, especially if weather conditions are bad.
