Guests have full access to the entire cabin with the exception of owner closets.

Hosts are available via message on the booking platform, and we supply an emergency contact number for guests!

Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.

All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement.

Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen.

The majority of the drive to the cabin is not steep, however the last 2-3 miles have slightly steep parts. 4wh drive is recommended during snow and heavy rain.
