You will have private access to the entire cabin and outdoor areas during your stay!
Parking is great! You can easily fit 3-4 cars in the driveway or a few cars with a trailer.
Please note that all guests must sign a standard short term rental lease once you book.
If you plan to use the fire-pit, please BYOFW š (bring your own firewood) – Plenty of vendors in the area!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Houses are close to each other but not on top of each other. The way the back deck is positioned as well as the front, you get a nice private feel to the property.
Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
Guests must sign a short term rental agreement after booking.
No tough terrain on the way to get into the location.
There is a (non ADA official) ramp attached to the deck in addition to stairs. It makes hauling in luggage a LOT easier š
We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Please make sure to set your booking filter to include dogs if you wish to bring them.
