We love hosting four-legged guests! To keep tails wagging and your stay stress-free, here are a few friendly tips:

✔ Leash Up for Safety – While exploring trails or open areas, we recommend keeping pets leashed for their safety.
✔ Clean-Up Crew – Please pick up after your pets to help keep the yard and property enjoyable for everyone.
✔ Paws Off the Furniture – Bring a cozy pet bed or blanket to help keep our furniture fur-free.
✔ Watch for Wildlife – We are in the mountains, so be mindful of curious critters!

Please note there are a few minor steep mountain roads on the way to the cabin. We recommend 4WD during and after heavy rain or snow in the Winter.

The cabin is near wildlife – guests must use caution and are asked not to interact with any of them.

There are two fireplaces – a gas one on the main level and wood burning one on the basement level. The wood burning one on the basement is off limits.

All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement.

You have complimentary access to a large community pool and fishing pond that are about 20-25 minutes away from the property. The fishing pond is open year round and the pool is seasonally open memorial day through labor day.

Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen

If you plan to use the fire-pit, please BYOFW 🙂 (bring your own firewood) – Plenty of vendors in the area!
