Dogs are welcome! Our cleaners charge a $49 per night pet fee, which covers up to 2 dogs. If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your reservation when booking so the fee is applied properly. Please review the pet section towards bottom of this description for additional information!
❄️ Winter Travel
During winter months, mountain roads can occasionally become snowy or icy. 4WD or AWD is recommended if snow is in the forecast. We do not provide salt or shovels, so please plan accordingly if traveling during winter weather.
📋 Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.
🧻 Starter Supplies Provided
We provide starter supplies to get your stay going, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, you may want to bring additional supplies.

Please note there are a few steep mountain roads on the way to the cabin. We recommend 4WD during and after rain or snow.

Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
The property has access to a large community pool during the season (memorial day through labor day) and a year round catch and release fishing pond.
4 wheel drive is recommended during snow, ice or heavy rain. Most of the ride to the property is flat and easy, however, the final 2-3 miles have steep parts.
All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement after booking.
We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Please make sure to set your booking filter to include dogs if you wish to bring them.
