🐾 Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome! Our cleaners charge a $49 per night pet fee, which covers up to 2 dogs. If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your reservation when booking so the fee is applied properly. Please review the pet section towards bottom of this description for additional information!
🚗 Acess Note
The drive to the cabin is smooth with no steep mountain roads; however, the driveway itself IS STEEP (which is part of the reason it has the view it has). 4WD is recommended during snow and heavy rain.
❄️ Winter Travel
During winter months, mountain roads can occasionally become snowy or icy. 4WD or AWD is recommended if snow is in the forecast. We do not provide salt or shovels, so please plan accordingly if traveling during winter weather.
📋 Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.
🧻 Starter Supplies Provided
We provide starter supplies to get your stay going, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, you may want to bring additional supplies.

Guests have access to the entire house!
Hosts are available from 9am-9pm via Airbnb messages, and we also provide an emergency contact number for 24/7 support!
Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
All guests must sign a standard short-term rental agreement.
Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen.
