Grand View Lodge is a spacious mountain lodge with nine bedrooms sleeping up to 32, designed for gathering, celebrating, and reconnecting!
Some homes simply sleep a crowd. Grand View Lodge was built to bring them close.
Twelve bedrooms, nearly all with their own ensuite bath, sleep up to 30 guests. Every level holds a place to gather, from the game room up top to the theatre and swim spa below. Coming together is effortless, and slipping away for a quiet moment is just as easy.
☆Game Room, Top Level
Arcade games, a foosball table, a pool table, and basketball keep the games going well into the evening. Six bedrooms share this floor, so the late-night rematch is only a few steps from bed.
☆Kitchen & Main Deck, Main Level
A coffee bar starts slow mornings right, and a milkshake maker turns any afternoon into a treat. Just outside, the main deck opens onto sweeping views of the Smokies. An outdoor kitchen with a grill, island, and bar seating lets dinner happen in the open air, where mornings start with coffee and days end with a sunset worth pausing for.
☆Theatre & Lower Deck, Bottom Level
A private theatre, stocked with popcorn and gumballs, invites elevated movie nights and big-game days. Laser tag turns the rest of the floor into an arena. Outside, the lower deck holds a swim spa with loungers alongside, a barrel sauna on its own deck, and a covered lounge with a stone fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating for evenings outdoors.

Two levels of decks are built for taking in the view. The main deck pairs the mountain panorama with a full outdoor kitchen, while the lower deck brings the wellness side: swim spa, barrel sauna, and a covered fireside lounge. Spa towels provided.

☆Housekeeping
Coffee bar and milkshake maker in the kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Starter supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, are provided; longer stays may want to bring extra. A short-term rental agreement is required electronically after booking, standard practice for professionally managed properties. Native wildlife and insects occasionally make an appearance despite our pest program, and black bears remain part of this mountain ecosystem, so we ask guests to keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside.

Dogs are welcome! A $49 per night fee covers up to 2 dogs. Please include your pet when booking so the fee applies correctly.

Hosts will send a unique door code 3-5 days before your stay.
Guests have full access to the property with the exception of crawl spaces.
Children under 18 must be supervised at the property at all times and are not allowed in hot tub, swim spa or sauna unsupervised.
Hosts are available via Airbnb messaging from 9am-9pm. We also supply an emergency contact phone number!
The cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN.
Please note there is a steep entry point into the neighborhood. 4WD is heavily recommended during rain or snow.
We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Please make sure to set your booking filter to include dogs if you wish to bring them.
All guests must sign a standard short-term rental agreement upon booking.
Please note - This property is located near the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control, but we do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen
We have BEARS that frequent the area around the cabin. Please keep your doors locked at all times and do not leave food outside.
