Guests have full access to the house
No dogs allowed in furniture or pool area
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times by hot tub and pool area.
Hosts are available via message on the booking platform, we also provide an emergency contact number
All guests must sign a rental agreement for use of the property.
We allow up to 2 dogs at the property, and our cleaner charges a $40/night fee. Please make sure to set your booking filter to include dogs if you wish to bring them.
Please note – This property is located in the woods. That’s part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control, but do want guests to be aware that bugs may show up.
There are a few bears in the area that come around every so often, PLEASE be aware of your surroundings. Please do not leave any type of loose trash or food in your vehicles during your stay. Please also make sure to lock your vehicles as bears can open car doors.
No children under 18 in or around the swimming pool or hot tub unattended.
