About us

Joe and Andrea

Joe and Andrea married back in 2015 and have three sons together while living in East TN. They began working and investing in real estate back in 2016 and in 2022 launched their BNB property management and design services company to help other owners.

Joe

Joe’s love of real estate began while watching his parents (both teachers) use property investing as a way to help add some financial comfort to life. That passion for real estate translated to his career as an Executive Producer in TV – where he produced 15+ property shows for networks like HGTV, OWN, Weather, and Magnolia over the course of a 20 year career. Today, Joe’s main focus is on the operation side of BNB management, where he utilizes revenue management, listing optimization, amenity research to boost properties to their full potential!

Andrea

Andrea has been ripping up flooring and knocking down walls since she could walk. We joke that Andrea has more tools than most handymen and a lot of the time it’s true. Before taking the full-time dive into real estate in 2022, Andrea worked the other side of her brain as an accountant for multiple TN based billion-dollar companies (Regal, Bush Beans). Today, Andrea’s main focus is transforming properties with her beautiful designs that notoriously “stop the scroll” when guests are searching for that perfect vacation.
